Sude works closely with senior team members at CBC Law, conducting legal research, contributing to article writing, and managing client communications. Her enthusiasm spans multiple areas, with a particular focus on Corporate & M&A and Arbitration.
Before joining CBC Law, Sude gained practical experience at several law firms, where she complemented her academic knowledge, especially in Corporate & Commercial and Banking & Finance law. Upon completing her university education, she earned a “Certificate of Specialization” in “Economy and Corporate Law” alongside her diploma.
Her commitment to personal and professional development is reflected in her participation in Moot Court Competitions. As a team member and oralist for Istanbul Bilgi University’s 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot Arbitration team, she focused on procedural issues, further deepening her interest in arbitration. This interest led her to serve as a board member of the Arbitration Club at Istanbul Bilgi University, where she enhanced her understanding of the field.
