YAZICIOGLU LEGAL

Simge Yüce has been practicing law in various legal areas, mainly in the protection of personal data, intellectual property law, corporate law, merger and acquisition, commercial law and contracts law.


Simge has worked in leading law firms of Turkey, most recently resuming her career at Yazicioglu Legal.


Simge Yüce obtained her LL.B. degree from İzmir University and her LL.M. degree on European and International Intellectual Property Law from Strasbourg University. She studied on full scholarship in both universities. She has completed her graduation project in respect of her LL.M. degree on “The Right to Be Forgotten in the context of French Case Law and EU Legislation” (2017).

 

She is currently an undergraduate student in the International Relations and Political Science department of İstanbul University.
