Irmak Seymen Varat is experienced in corporate, M&A, labour law and litigation proceedings. She regularly provides retainer corporate advice to her clients on contracts review, board of directors, general assembly, capital increases. She also provides consumer law advice including but not limited to application to consumer arbitration committee, consumer lawsuits, IP rights, and advice on compliance to consumer law.

At the employment front, she gives labour law advice, carrying out mediation processes, terminations and collective terminations.

She also provides dispute resolution advice to her clients on their litigation proceedings primarily on commercial, IP, consumer and employment disputes.

Her clientele covers a wide range of sectors, in particular in telecommunication, e-commerce, software, logistic companies, consumer goods and pharmaceuticals.
