Şevval provides comprehensive legal and regulatory compliance consultancy to a diverse client portfolio, primarily consisting of international companies operating in the pharmaceutical, food, food supplement, medical device, and cosmetic sectors. Her core expertise lies in compliance and corporate law.

In her role, Şevval regularly prepares legal opinions on compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Health, and advertising legislation concerning food and supplements. She also conducts internal audits and represents clients in investigations initiated by administrative authorities, including the Ministry of Health and the Advertising Board.

She advises on regulations related to electronic commerce and consumer law, offering tailored legal solutions that address the specific operational needs of client companies and oversees the implementation of related processes. Şevval also provides legal consultancy to direct selling companies within the scope of regulations governing contracts established outside the workplace and drafts standard operating procedures for client use.

Her work further encompasses private law contracts, including purchasing and distribution agreements, as well as specialized contracts such as those for pharmacovigilance, export, consultancy, and donations—particularly within the life sciences sector.

Before joining CBC Law, Şevval worked as an associate in the life sciences team of an international law firm and gained hands-on experience as a secondee lawyer in pharmaceutical and food supplement companies.
