Sıla Uçar holds a bachelor’s degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is currently completing her legal traineeship under the Istanbul Bar Association.
Her primary areas of interest include corporate law, intellectual property, and data protection. During her legal training, Sıla has gained hands-on experience in the fields of trademark law, commercial compliance, and personal data protection, where she provides practical and solution-oriented legal support to clients.
Her work focuses on trademark monitoring, registration, and opposition proceedings, as well as drafting confidentiality agreements, privacy notices, and compliance documents for corporate clients. She also assists in company law matters, including internal regulations, board resolutions, and registry procedures.
In addition, she takes part in the development of corporate compliance strategies and IP portfolio management, aiming to ensure both the legal security and commercial value of clients’ assets. With a strong academic background and an analytical approach, Sıla is committed to providing effective and business-oriented legal solutions. She continuously follows updates in IP and data protection law through professional trainings and sectoral events to contribute to a modern and rights-focused legal practice.
