Nihan Ünal Turan is an associate at Hergüner Bilgen Üçer who handles all areas of competition law, including merger and acquisition notifications, investigation processes, contract exemption notifications to the Competition Authority, compliance programs, and provides training to clients on legal issues related to competition law. Before joining Hergüner as a trainee associate in 2021, Mr. Ünal had completed internships at various law firms and the Turkish Competition Authority.
Ms. Ünal Turan also has experience working with corporate clients in all areas of general corporate law, and has assisted clients with company incorporation, drafting, reviewing and revising day-to-day business contracts, obtaining work permits and labor law matters.
