Associate Iklim Gülsün Aytekin specialised in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and competition law (including representation of clients before the Authority for investigations, advisory and compliance trainings) and having a deep knowledge of Turkish and international competition law matters, relying on experience gathered through her involvement in numerous assignments in multijurisdictional competition notifications and on strong academic background acquired in the EU.

Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2012, she graduated from the Law School of Marmara University (Istanbul) in 2009. She obtained a Master 2 Degree in European Union Law & European Policies from Paul Cézanne University (Aix-en-Provence, France) in 2010 and an LLM Degree in European Law from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) in 2011.
