Uğurkan is a senior associate of Biçer Güner, admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in December 2018. He joined the Biçer Güner team in September 2023. After conducting his mandatory internship, as a qualified attorney, his legal journey started at Güner Law Office in 2018 and he worked there until December 2020. Prior to re-joining Güner Law Office in April 2022, Uğurkan worked at beIN Media Group as a Sports & Media Rights Coordinator, and he was responsible for the valuation and acquisition of the media rights packages by participating in relevant broadcasting tender processes and also overseeing the exploiting of the media rights.
Uğurkan is advising his clients on various areas of law including mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, corporate law, media law, employment law, real estate law, energy, project finance, and data protection law.
