Veri Sorumluları Sicili’ne Kayıt Yükümlülüğünde Yeni Gelişmeler

Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun 01.10.2025 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren 04.09.2025 tarihli ve 2025/1572 sayılı kararı ile Veri Sorumluları Sicili’ne (VERBİS) kayıt yükümlülüğünden istisna olan veri sorumlularının kapsamında değişiklik yapılmıştır.

New Developments Regarding the Obligation to Register with the Data Controllers’ Registry

With the decision of the Personal Data Protection Board dated 04.09.2025 and numbered 2025/1572, which entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette on 01.10.2025, the scope of data controllers exempt from the obligation to register with the Data Controllers’ Registry (VERBİS) has been amended.
