Oya İdil is a junior associate assisting our corporate and M&A, construction and real estate and aviation departments.
Her practice focuses on commercial contracts, providing consultancy to companies, drafting share transfer agreements, assisting in company formation processes, and overseeing registration procedures. She works with clients of a wide range of sectors such as energy, aviation, construction for their projects, commercial transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
In addition, she provides support to foreign investors regarding the opportunities and potential prospects in Türkiye, and manages processes such as residence permits and citizenship for foreigners.
