DR&M Expands its Cross-Border Transactional Practice with the Addition of Andrés Arnaldos

Andrés Arnaldos has joined Dunning Rievman & MacDonald LLP as a partner. His addition reinforces DR&M’s cross-border transactional practice.

Originally from Spain, Andrés’s practice is focused on corporate and finance transactions. Over the last fifteen years, he has advised many foreign investors establishing and developing their businesses in the United States, as well as companies, investment funds, and banks on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions in the United States, Latin America, and Spain, particularly on clean energy, social, and transportation projects. He has worked for some of the leading law firms in Spain and the United States, and most recently was a partner at Ashurst LLP in New York co-chairing its LatAm projects group.

“We are delighted to welcome Andrés to the firm,” said Brian Dunning, one of DR&M’s founding partners. “With him, and his widely recognized skills as a finance and corporate lawyer, Spanish, LatAm and other foreign companies will have a uniquely valuable partner in DR&M to help them as they enter and expand in the complex yet lucrative United States market.”

“I am thrilled to be joining DR&M,” added Mr. Arnaldos. “DR&M has a very sophisticated and dynamic cross-border practice, and together we will continue offering our clients invaluable help on a wide range of areas and transactions. In particular, I’m looking forward to collaborating with Brian and Damián Vallejo to expand the firm’s capabilities to advise Spanish and Latin American clients active in the United States.”
