Celil Aktaş Avenue graduated from Okan University Faculty of Law, where he studied on a full scholarship, in 2019.
During his student years, he also spent one year as an exchange student at Pazmany Peter University in Budapest. He is proficient in English, German, and Russian, and has a basic level of proficiency in Chinese.
In 2023, Celil Aktaş successfully completed the Bahçeşehir University Information Law master's program with his thesis entitled "Evaluation of Disinformation Acts on the Internet in Terms of Criminal Law in the Light of Comparative Legal Regulations."
He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association Artificial Intelligence Working Group and continues his work in this field.
