Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university, LL.M. degree is an asset.
- Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience excluding the legal internship.
- Work experience in contracts, corporate law and litigation for at least 2 years
- Experience in data privacy and trade registry procedures, will be considered as an asset.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
- Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- No military obligation for male candidates is preferred.
- No restriction to travel.
Job Description
- Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.
- Representing clients before the courts, prosecution offices and administrative authorities.
- Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.
- Conducting legal research for advisory matters.
