ASC Law is looking for a skilled Associate to join our Contracts Law Department.
Candidates should have a min of 4 years of post-qualification experience, gained at a reputable international or domestic law firm, or a distinguished multinational corporation.
Responsibilities
Actively take part in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of various contracts, particularly lease, construction, procurement, and service agreements.
Qualifications
- - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department
- - In-depth knowledge of Contract Law, with particular experience in lease, construction, procurement, and service agreements
- - Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contracts
- - Excellent command of English, with strong legal drafting and reviewing skills
- - Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- - A collaborative mindset and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand professional environment
- - Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.5 or above)
