About the job
We are looking for an associate with 6-8 years of experience in contracts, commercial, trade and regulatory to join our team of dedicated and successful lawyers.
The associate will work in a wide range of areas such as:
- Day-to-day commercial advice
- Commercial contract drafting, negotiation and localization, and international sales agreements for goods and services
- Distribution, agency, franchising, warehousing agreements
- Regulatory (in particular, telecoms, transportation, industrial and consumer products, food and healthcare)
- Customs (such as FTZs, import, export, antidumping)
- Consumer, advertising, marketing, e-commerce laws
- License and permit applications with official authorities
- ESG regulatory
Requirements
- University degree in law from a reputable university
- 6-8 years of experience in the specified fields at reputable law firms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills and being a team player
- Respects and enjoys the diversity of cultural, social, and academic backgrounds found in the firm
